Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases of digital products (including but not limited to The Modern Gentleman's Playbook and other downloadable content) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
2. Consultation Services
For consultation services (Executive Image Consultation):
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice.
3. Membership Subscriptions
For The Syndicate Membership:
- Memberships are billed monthly in advance.
- You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
- First-month payments are non-refundable once membership access has been granted.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and must include a detailed explanation of the circumstances.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
